Vegan Blueberry Slices

 

Ingredients

150g Ground Almonds

40g Arrowroot

1 Tsp Baking Powder

1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

3 Tbsp Sweet Freedom

1/3 Cup Coconut Oil

1 Scoop Sunwarrior Vanilla Vegan Protein Blend

(This can be omitted if preferred)

2/3 Cup Frozen Blueberries

Pinch Of salt

 

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 180 Degrees C.

In a bowl mix all the ingredients except for blueberries until you get a slightly sticky but spreadable dough.

Lay it out into a round silicone mold or lined pan of choice and bake for 10 minutes or so.

Then turn up heat to 220 Degrees C and bake for an additional 5 minutes so it bakes over the top.

Leave to cool, then enjoy warm or keep in fridge for a less crumbly, solidified slice.
