TRACKING YOUR ORDER
If you have been emailed the tracking number for your item(s) from Royal Mail you can track them here. For DHL you can track them here.
Both Royal Mail and DHL will confirm dispatch of your items via email closer to the time of delivery - please make sure you provide us with the correct and most current email address.
Tracking numbers aren't always provided due to the service type used. Therefore you can expect delivery within the estimated time frames above.
If we are unable to provide you with the tracking number, please allow the maximum estimated delivery time to pass before further contact.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-Orders for next day delivery must be placed before 3pm (GMT) to ship the same day.
-Delivery is excluded on Sundays and Public Holidays.
-All orders are subject to local customs handling so the advertised transit times are not guaranteed.
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot provide additional advice about the cost of these charges. Please refer to the Customs and Excise regulations for your country or territory.
"Free Shipping" codes are only eligible for standard shipping. If a different method is used in conjunction with a free shipping code, the order will be downgraded to standard shipping upon dispatch.
