Ingredients
100g Natural Peanut Butter
30g Coconut Flour
1 Scoop Chocolate Whey
2 Scoop Vitafiber Powder
1 Tbsp Agave
Topping
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
6 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Scoop Bulkpowders Chocolate Casein
Directions
Mix your main fudge ingredients in a bowl until well combined, using your hands if necessary. Then, press into the bottom of a loaf silicon mold and place in freezer to solidify (and also will make it easier when adding topping).
To make topping, melt coconut oil and whisk in almond milk first followed by cocoa powder and casein last. You will need a whisk for this.
Remove mold from freezer and add topping, then place back in freezer once again until set and easy to remove.
Then chop up into 16 cute bite size pieces and enjoy (moderately).
